The Contests are promoted with the hope that many pupils and students feel the wonder and fascination of science,and enjoy competition and communication with their peers from other countries.

Supporting International Contests in Science and Technology
The Contests are designed not only to select winners,but to provide an opportunity for young people to develop deeper interest in science and technology. International contests allow Japanese students to compete with their peers from other countries and to develop their talent further in an international field.
